Payments
Clients are required to make payments for services according to the agreed-upon terms. DigitalactivePro reserves the right to modify its fees and payment terms at any time, upon notice to the clients. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

DigitalactivePro agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and proprietary data.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed or provided by DigitalactivePro remains the property of DigitalactivePro unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will still be due.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold DigitalactivePro harmless from any claims arising from the use of its services.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalactivePro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DigitalactivePro operates.
Amendments
